Now if they could only agree with each other long enough to DO something...

I'd like to see the correlation between all those degrees and average wage or cost of living...

Well, let's see. Where are some of the highest property values in the US?

San Francisco, New York, Boston, Washington, Chicago ...

And people couldn't afford the land if the jobs didn't pay well enough.

You can sell a ranch house in the Bay Area, move to Oklahoma or Texas, and buy the rest of the ranch!

Some cities are more spread out than others.
