down time

Between 7 AM and 4:30 PM today,, I sat down for a total of about 45 minutes.  The rest of the time, I was either in front of a class teaching, behind a table talking and handing out information, or running around DVC  campus.  Taught three aquatics courses, talked myself hoarse, ran like a sled dog.  It was a great day.  Working hard with good people on a worthwhile purpose; life doesn't get better than that, except for dark chocolate Reese's cups.

Tomorrow, I intend to sleep in.  At least until 6 AM.
